Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for all non-sale items.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Refusals: Returns will not be accepted if items appear used, washed, damaged, or missing tags/packaging (unless they arrived defective).

Your item is defective
You received the wrong product
The item arrived damaged
In case of defective products, we may ask for photos or unboxing videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Please note: Shipping fees (Prepaid) are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed beyond 15 business days, drop us a mail at connect@sheeple.in and we’ll look into it.
Timeframe: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery (non-sale items only).
Process: Once your return is approved, you can select a replacement product of your choice.
Price Difference:
If the new item costs more, you’ll just pay the difference.
If it costs less, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exclusions: Items bought during sales, promotions, or flash deals cannot be exchanged.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
Pack the items securely in the same packaging they came in.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations won’t be possible.
