Refund policy

At Sheeple, we want your shopping experience to be as stress-free as possible (because we know your workplace already gives you enough stress). If something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered.

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for all non-sale items.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Refusals: Returns will not be accepted if items appear used, washed, damaged, or missing tags/packaging (unless they arrived defective).

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it’s delivered and reach out to us immediately at connect@sheeple.in if:

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item arrived damaged

In case of defective products, we may ask for photos or unboxing videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Please note: Shipping fees (Prepaid) are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed beyond 15 business days, drop us a mail at connect@sheeple.in and we’ll look into it.

Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery (non-sale items only).

  • Process: Once your return is approved, you can select a replacement product of your choice.

  • Price Difference:

    • If the new item costs more, you’ll just pay the difference.

    • If it costs less, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Exclusions: Items bought during sales, promotions, or flash deals cannot be exchanged.

Process for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Email us at connect@sheeple.in within the return/exchange window.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility within 48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.

  4. Pack the items securely in the same packaging they came in.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations won’t be possible.
